I’m probably traveling, eating, sipping cocktails, or admiring anything and everything design(ed). 

I’ve escaped the Connecticut suburbs where I grew up and made it to the city that never sleeps. Currently residing with my boyfriend in Greenpoint, Brooklyn - a trendy neighborhood with a hot foodie scene.

I’ve spent my professional career working in high-end residential landscape design with projects spread across Connecticut estates and New York City rooftops. While I have enjoyed this field of work and had the opportunity to work with some truly great people, it’s time for the next chapter. 

Turning 30 was a big moment for me (January 2023). Leading up to the next decade of my life, I was in panic at what I’ve achieved so far - comparing myself to peers of similar age who seem to have everything figured out. I feel I don’t fit many boxes and never found a job that truly fits me… I don’t want just a job, I want something that makes a difference. Scrambling to find my path, I realized I need to build my future around things that I care about, enjoy doing, and excite me. This job doesn’t exist…

How do I build a career around my interest in landscape architecture, traveling, and eating and drinking beautiful things in beautiful spaces? Create bars in garden settings, of course. Enter my passion project, GardenBar.
