A concept for garden style speakeasy on a 8K SF lot in Williamsburg. The Lot would be divided into two parts, a street side cafe and a secret bar entered through a door hidden in the cafe. The cafe, intended to to be a lush garden with large trees, lush understory planting with modern hardscape elements. The bar, style TBD - working on options for a grandiose english herbaceous boarder or a hot dry garden with bold color.
